Join us on Memorial Day, Monday, May 27 as we offer you the Murph Challenge. Named after Lt. Michael P. Murphy, a Navy Seal, who was able to relay his location saving lives before he died. This challenge is a way to remember those who died serving our country on this Memorial Day.
The challenge is as follows:
compete a 1 mile run
perform 100 pullups
perform 200 pushups
perform 300 squats
compete a 1 mile run
all while wearing a 20lb vest or body armor
We will have trainers taking time from 8am - 2pm on Monday, May 27th.
