Camp Shields Fitness Center

Events

The Camp Shields Fitness Center provides a full range of service including a weight room, cardio room, sauna, outdoor workout pad, and a group exercise room. Our facility hosts free group exercise classes six days a week, and free personal training to all patrons upon request to help you achieve your fitness goals. We hold regular fitness events and challenges to keep you motivated, as well as a variety of sports throughout the year.

Navy MWR Okinawa participates in intramural sports throughout the year:
