Join us on the football field at Camp Shields for a one hour sessions of yoga!
3rd Saturday of every month from 8am - 9am
Yoga is open ot all skill levels and will consist of an invigorating flow class that will strengthen your body, focus your mind, and empower your spirit. Learn to go with the flow, find your edge and practice at your own level.
Mats are available by request.
